HRTW University (HRTW-U) is designed for sharing innovative, cutting edge, and
promising practices in interagency collaboration, medical home, transition/youth,
and family partnerships.
We use various interactive platforms, such as email
news, topical calls, podcasts, and courses on-line. In this age where information
is just a click away, we want to make sure that there is a place to be able to share
ideas, begin a dialogue and get some feedback from those in the know, doing the work
and living it! We welcome you to these HRTW learning communities!
Topical Calls
Contact Hours Available Starting with February 18, 2009 Topical Call
Contact hours awarded through the University of Kentucky, College of Nursing will be available for nurses who participate in the February 18, 2009, and all subsequent HRTW Topical Calls. Credits also can be obtained following the calls, by listening to the audio recording or reading the written transcript of the call. The audio recording will be posted to the HRTW-U website within 7 working days following the call; the written transcript will be posted approximately 2-3 weeks following the call.
