Presentation at 2008 Annual Meeting of the Association of Professionals in Supported Employment (APSE), Louisville, KY

Health is an important consideration when youth and young adults are preparing for employment. This workshop presentation, which used a horse racing theme, highlights the importance of health and the inclusion of health care partners during the transition planning process.
